• This is a pre-order. If you find the product is severely damaged or parts are missing upon delivery, please contact the store for compensation or re-shipment of the damaged or missing parts.

• Delivery typically takes 18-25 days to arrive at your address. However, due to uncontrollable factors, the delivery time may be extended. The tracking number will be provided once the order arrived Malaysia.

• The product requires self-assembly, and installation instructions will be provided.

• If the product has minor damage, such as small dents or scratches that do not affect functionality, no replacement or compensation will be offered. Refunds, returns, or cancellations are not accepted after payment. Please take this into account before placing your order, and only proceed if you agree to these terms.
